What's included in the premium tier?
The premium tier provides access to your entire history of check-ins, not just the most recent.
If we add new users to our team, how will that be billed?
Charges are prorated, meaning new users added partway through the month will only be charged for the days they were users.
What integrations are available?
We currently offer a Slack integration for check-in delivery.
How long are your contracts?
We offer a month to month contracts in addition to annual contracts. However, we do not offer refunds for cancellations mid-month. Please see our terms of service for details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as USD payments using ACH from customers with U.S. bank accounts.
